Sports Physicals

Sports are a great way for children to stay active, build confidence, and develop teamwork—but they also come with physical demands. Our comprehensive sports physicals evaluate your child’s overall health and ability to safely participate in athletic activities. Dr. Minuskin assesses growth patterns, cardiovascular and respiratory function, joint and muscle health, and screens for any underlying conditions that could increase the risk of injury. These visits are also a great time to discuss nutrition, training safety, hydration, and injury prevention. We complete all required forms and provide any necessary follow-up care to support your child’s athletic goals.
